These terms apply to the Kasih Ibu mobile app, website, WebView content, backend services, and related features. By using Kasih Ibu, you agree to use it responsibly as a supportive pregnancy, birth preparation, and contraction timing tool.

No medical advice

Kasih Ibu is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, emergency triage, or professional medical advice. Contraction timing, pregnancy journey information, education articles, breathing exercises, AI summaries, and alerts are supportive information only. Do not delay contacting a doctor, midwife, hospital, emergency service, or other qualified professional because of anything shown in the app or website.

Accounts and local mode

You may use the app in local mode without signing in. Local mode can limit cloud backup, restore, lifetime premium recovery, payments, partner, and AI features. If you create or use an account, you are responsible for keeping your sign-in method secure and for information entered under your account.

Premium access, ads, and payments

Some features are premium features. Non-premium users may be offered rewarded ads where available, or the option to buy lifetime premium. Lifetime premium is tied to the signed-in account and is granted only after trusted backend payment confirmation. A payment page, redirect, receipt screenshot, or client-side success state does not grant entitlement by itself.

AI summaries

AI smart summaries may summarize recent contraction timing and optional notes. They are generated through backend safety rules and configured AI providers, and they may be incomplete, delayed, unavailable, or inaccurate. AI summaries must not be used to decide whether you are in labor, whether it is safe to wait, or whether emergency care is needed.

Education and WebView content

Education and legal content may be loaded from the Kasih Ibu website and displayed in the app, including through Android WebView. Content can change over time. External links and provider pages may have their own terms, policies, and availability.

Partner sharing and links

If partner sharing is enabled, shared links are intended to provide read-only supportive updates. Only share a link with people you trust. We may revoke, expire, or disable sharing features to protect users or the platform.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, backend, website, payment flow, ad unlock flow, AI endpoints, or shared links. You must not attempt to bypass premium access, abuse ads, reverse engineer private APIs, submit harmful content, or use the service in a way that interferes with other users.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep Kasih Ibu useful, but the app, website, ads, payments, cloud sync, AI, and WebView content may be interrupted, changed, limited, or discontinued. Keep a backup plan for urgent labor, health, and emergency needs.
